We don't have a minimum stay but Holiday periods & high season may be excluded at owners discretion.

We have no security deposit, parking or resort fee.
The calendar shows the day/date a guest is leaving so THAT night is available to book ie: purple line ends on the 10th, you may request the 10th if the 11th is white.

50% deposit now and balance due 60 days prior to your arrival.
We accept PayPal as debit card purchase, personal checks.
If you cancel 60 days or less from your arrival date, I will attempt to re rent your dates and refund any money for dates rebooked.
We rent to 2 adult guests only and allow no overnight stays of others.

General Excise and Hotel tax is 17.25%
