No minimum stay but Holiday periods & high season may be excluded.
Cleaning fee and current tax % will apply.
If the hotel tax or excise tax changes after a quote I will adjust the quote so any additional cost will be included in your final payment..
A green tax of an additional .75% has been approved, no start date given as of July 2025.
We have NO security deposit, parking, wifi or resort fee.
The calendar indicates booked if purple is across the day,
BUT it is available for a stay that night, as checkout is 11 am.

We rent to 2 adult guests only and allow no overnight stays of others.

We are zoned HOTEL so any action regarding STR’s w not effect us. You stay is safe from cancellation.
