    We aren’t not a typical vacation rental….. 
   This our second home so it has a homey and casual feel.
    The bedroom & living room are direct oceanfront, unobstructed views of Molokai, Lanai & the Channel
   #404 is a Corner unit so lots of light with windows in front & on the side.
  Window privacy tint on both sliding doors.
    75” top of the line Samsung TV (1-‘22) w a Marshall bluthooth speaker you can use via phone app.
    We replaced the couch with 2 Oversized Power Recliners and power love seat Love Seat
    A Kick ASS fan with light in the living room with remote, 8 speeds and light adjustments
    Tropitone bar table & stools on the lanai for an obstructed view PLUS
     2 large Tropitone swivel rocker chairs reading or just watching the ocean activities. 
     New Big fan and dimmable light installed on the lanai for evening enjoyment of dinner or reading. 
     New Roll up sunshades both balconies for sun control but easily seen through 
    Queen Firm Beautyrest Mattress (6–2021), Plantation style bedroom set w night stands that have             USB charging connections for your phone, ipad etc. So you bring your cables and you are set up to         Charge up your electronics.   
     A Second wall mounted flat screen with dvd player in the bedroom
     A quiet Minka fan and light for great air movement.
     Foam or down pillows are available for you and colored sheets and throws
     A full closet is a nice amenity and we added shutter doors 
    ADA toilet (a bit taller than a standard)
    We put in plank flooring last December and new vanity and lighting in bath area.
    We installed a pocket door into toilet/shower area for more room to get out of shower. Removing the 
    Door was a big improvement and use of space without a door to deal with.
    We provide bath sheets, bath towels, beach towels, beach boards, small cooler
    We have sand chairs and full height camping chairs for you to use.
    We replaced the dining room table with a bar height wooden bar with 2 stools. We use it in inclement 
    Weather when we can’t eat out on the lanai. Also for computer work as it has a great view of the sea.
    It also has USB charging capabilities hidened on the side.
    Fully equipped kitchen w glass stove top, full size oven, full size stainless refrigerator (6-2021). Large       a single serving KUERIG and a small 4 cup Mr Coffee 
    waffle iron, crock pot, along with dishes, wine glasses, various cooking tools & Microwave
    There is no dishwasher but we do have a compact stacking washer and dryer for you convenience.
